This service can be performed either remotely or on-site, depending on your location and needs. A commissioning-certified expert ensures that the installation meets all technical and safety standards, activates the charger, and provides guidance to finalize the setup.

With Smappee’s commissioning service, you gain support to prevent installation issues, avoid callbacks, and ensure a smooth handover to your client. Booking this service upfront guarantees availability and an efficient process, giving you the confidence to deliver a top-tier charging solution.

How is the Smappee Infinity energy management system installed?

Installation is done in two parts: physical installation in the fuse box and configuration using the step-by-step installation wizard in the Smappee App or Dashboard. The compact plug-and-play system is robust and reliable, with hubs connecting current clamps (CTs). Thanks to its modularity, additional single- or three-phased energy metering can be installed in five to ten minutes. Maintenance requires little effort, which keeps the total cost of ownership low.

Do you offer installer training in person and if so, how can I book it?

The Smappee Academy offers more than 80 live training sessions on various subjects every year. In-person classes usually take place at our Head Office in Harelbeke, Belgium and are given in Dutch and French. These classes are hugely popular and booked out well in advance, so be sure to book as soon as possible.

It is also possible to arrange classes at your own premises, on request, in Dutch, English or French, but this is dependent on the number of attendees as well as availability in the training schedule.
