Support/Test engineer

What can you expect from your job?

  • Do you like a technical challenge? You are responsible for the support towards our partners who sell and install our Smappee products (B2B support). You will also be involved in designing (automated) test setups and ensuring that all our new products and features are of the highest quality.
  • Are you a problem solver? You troubleshoot for Smappee installation partners during installation or configuration of the Smappee products for their end customers.
  • Do you love sharing your knowledge? You assist Smappee partners providing support to their end customers. You get to know our products inside out, collect user feedback and translate product features into user benefits.
  • Is customer orientation your middle name? You ensure customer satisfaction and an exceptional customer service for these partners.
  • Do you have a structured way of working? You create and maintain support documentation and online help center.
  • Are you interested in novelties? You are involved in testing of our innovative products and applications. You will also do competitive research and will be keeping an eye on market trends in the energy sector.

What are we looking for?

  • You
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, ICT or electronics, or are equal by experience in the energy/e-mobility sector. You are both energy- and tech-savvy.
  • Electrical knowledge is necessary, affinity with energy and/or electric vehicles is a plus.
  • You surprise us with your communicative skills and positivity.
  • You are perseverant and passionate about helping clients getting the most out of their products.
  • Taking ownership, quality oriented and problem solving are typical you.
  • You have a ‘green heart’ and you believe in renewable energy.
  • You can express yourself in English and Dutch. If you have knowledge of German, French or another language it is an added value.
